He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Joanne Bliss of Sheridan and Phil Bliss (Karron) of Fenwick; his grandchildren, Stephanie Schmidt (Hector) of Florida, Justin Higbee of Fenwick, Josh Bliss (Donna) of Portland, Nate Bliss (Marcy) of Stanton and Dirk Bliss (Josie) of Fenwick; and his brother Jerry Bliss of Grand Ledge.
