He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Waite and Alta Waite (Strouse); his siblings, Claude, Clarelyle and Verna Mae (Hardy); and his brothers-in-law, Leonard Hardy and Wayne Mayes.
He is survived by: his wife Marion N. Mayes; his children, Rick, Bud Jr., Robert, Brenda Blain (Bernie) and Sue Higgins (Jim); his niece Kim Acker (George); his brother-in-law Joe Mayes; and also, Jill Genow, Angela, Pat and Patty St George. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 19 Great Grandchildren, and 1 Great-great Grandchild; his 9 Nephews.
