She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth L. and Mary C. Frowein (Ferriell); and her brothers, Kevin and Ken Frowein. She is survived by: her husband Kenny; her daughter Tina Shutich (Dan) of Rockford; her granddaughters, Emma and Erika; her stepdaughter Latasha Sullivan (Mark) of Fenton; her sister Kristi Rupe (Roger) of Kalamazoo; and her sister-in-law Joanie Frowein of Wayland. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions can be made in Kitty's name to St. Charles Catholic Church.
