He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Searles and Myrtie Searles (Yaw); and his parents-in-law, Fred and Lida Thayer (Soule). He is survived by: his wife Pat Searles; his children, Dawn Hammond (Russ) of Grand Ledge, Kit Searles (Toni) of Sheridan and Roger Searles (Kathy) of Boulder, Montana; his grandchildren, Shirley Manner (Will), Bobby Lynn (Jessica), Neca Lynn, Tyler Hammond (Alyse), Cassy Hammond and Jacob Pierantoni (Addy); his sisters, Dr. Bonnie Searles and Carol Vandenberg (Brian); and his sister-in-law Diane Alexander of Sheridan. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren.
