He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Neitzel and Bessie Neitzel (Crawford); and his siblings, Louis Neitzel II, Betty Brake, Carolyn Raymond and Larry.
He is survived by: his wife JoAn Buck; his children, LuAnn K. Smith (David) of Roff, OK and Jerry W. Neitzel, Jr. of Barryton, MI; and his grandchildren, Daniel Underwood (Vickie), Bradley Neitzel, Stacey Neitzel and Natasha Jo Neitzel. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, friends, and family.
