He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Rose Jeffrey; his children, Wayne Addis (Teresa) of Sheridan, John Jay Addis (Katina Klock) of Stanton, Rose Marie Zerbst of Sheridan and Linda Johnston (Glenn) of Sheridan; his grandchildren, Angelica (Anthony), Candice (Bill), Nicole (Jason), Jennifer (Stan), Tim, David, Daniel, Jacob, Zack and Stephanie (Richard); and his sister Mary Jones of Fenwick. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
