With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Diane Marie Alexander of Sheridan, Michigan, who passed away on March 25, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Thayer and Lida Thayer; her stepmother Brownie Thayer; her husband Jerry Alexander; her siblings-in-law, Frank Yeasley, Sr. and Dee Yeasley; her son-in-law Russell Southward; and her stepbrother John Alexander.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Southward (Jeff Burch), Todd Alexander (Leilani), Mark Alexander (Ann) and Fred Alexander (Traci Brown); her grandchildren, Kevin Southward (Brooke), Ashley Gregg (Tyler), Trisha Fillips (Joe), Tanner Alexander (Lynsley), Haylie Alexander (Braxton Sheets), Linnia Alexander, Trevor Alexander (Chloe Paulson), Douglas Weaver III, Mitchell Alexander, Sydnee Alexander and Madison Alexander; her great grandchildren, Kinsley, Kaitlyn, Lillian, Ezra, Josiah and Henry; her sister Pat Searles; and her stepsisters, Brenda Klingensmith (Duffy) and Sandy Willmore (Joe). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many "adopted" grandchildren.
