He is survived by: his wife Carolyn (Lyn); his children, Cheryl of Rockford, MI, Cathee of Chesapeake, VA, Karen of Highland, CA and Rob of Lake Villa, IL; his sons-in-law, Tom, Bernie and Dennis; his grandchildren, Vivian, Adam, David, Michael and Katie; and his brother William (Carmen). He is also survived by his kids, grandchildren and close family & friends.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, contributions be made in memory of Chuck to the Shriners Hospital for Children, the Boy Scouts of America or your favorite veterans' organization.
