He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Forquer and Retha Forquer (Riggle); and his brothers, Joel and Rickey. He is survived by: his wife Laraine Buchel; his children, Bret Forquer (Julie) of Mt. Pleasant, Amy Lynch (Craig) of Arizona, Terri Freeze (Mark) of Mt. Pleasant and LeAnne Epling (Larry) of Pikeville, KY; his siblings, Donald Forquer (Brenda) of Shepherd, Deborah LaPaugh (Bill Powell) of Charlotte and DeAnne Recker (Mark) of Cornell, WI; and his sisters-in-law, Darlene Buchel, Anna Buchel, Karen Straus (Mike) and Donna Buchel. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
