It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Lou Recker of Shepherd, Michigan, born in Mount Pleasant, Michigan, who passed away on October 8, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mervin Hynes and Margaret Hynes (Holmes); her husband Donald J. Recker; her children, Steven J. Recker and Tammy M. Recker; and her siblings, Nancy Gurski and Don Hynes.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Recker (Carol Farnan) of Shepherd, Dan Recker of Shepherd, Scott Recker of Vestaburg and Joe Recker of Evart; and her siblings, Tim Hynes (Carol) of Shepherd, Jim Hynes (Becky) of Shepherd and Jeanette Foster of Potterville. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
