He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Whitepigeon and Virginia Whitepigeon (Graverette); his former wife Sarah Pigeon; his siblings, Jeffrey Pigeon, Sr., Doug Speer and Gayle Whitepigeon; and his uncle Calvin Whitepigeon.
He is survived by: his son Jerome Pigeon, Jr. (Leslie); his grandchildren, Janelle Avery, Jessica Phillips, Christopher Osawabine, Kane Pigeon, Katherine Pigeon, Lisa Sommers, Eric Peters, Brandon Peters, Sarah Ballew, Skylar MacKay, Calvin Ballew, Jayne Byrne, Payne Alexander, Austin Steggerda, Addison Pigeon, Arianna Bird, Logan Bird, Owen Franco, Edward Phelps-Pigeon, Layla Pigeon, Ethan Pigeon, Alister Pigeon, Tristan Chivis, Isaac VanDam, Benjamin VanDam and Grace VanDam; and his siblings, Julie Whitepigeon (Raymond Cadotte) of Mt. Pleasant, Joy Perkins of Weidman, Shauna Collins (Tim) and William Whitepigeon. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Clark Family Funeral Chapel & Cremation Service (114 S Bradley St, Mt Pleasant, MI 48858). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Chippewa Township Cemetery (8240 E Broomfield Rd, Mt Pleasant, MI 48858).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
