She is survived by: her parents, William Harry Davis and LuAnn Phillips; her husband Jerry Cook; her children, Jessica Taylor (Andy), Maranda Griffiths (Chris), Marc Ellison (Amanda) and Eric Cook; her grandchildren, Daron, Logan, Payton, Raegan, Anniston, Jamie, Donna, Angel, Kenneth, Henry and Harper; her siblings, Tony Davis (April McMullen), Craig Davis (Kacie), Jacob Davis, Aaron Davis, Kristine Depeel (Matt), Sandra Davis, Nicole Davis and Mandy Linville (Blaine); and her aunt Karen Davis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
