He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald R. Eastman and Dora J. Eastman (Yates); and his sisters, Judy Eastman and Suzan Rassmussan (Al). He is survived by: his wife Karen Havens; his children, James Eastman II, Jerry Eastman (Rebecca), Jaimie Eastman and Randall Eastman (Elizabeth); his stepchildren, Scott (Janet), Mike (Lianne), Mark and Cheryl (Mike); and his sister Peggy Johnson (John).

Memorial contributions may be offered to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
