He is survived by: his sons, Jody Haywood (Sissyann) and Jamie Haywood (Jenny); his grandchildren, Keegan, Ayania, Samantha-Ann, Taylor and Dakota; and his siblings, Duane Haywood (Melanie), Karen Elliston, Karen Smith (Mike), Dale Haywood (Brenda), Diane Northrop (Vick) and Suzi Chrisman (Terri).
