He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nancy Smit; his sons, Andrew, Mark Christopher, Jonathan and Steven; his mother Marilyn Smit; his siblings, Christopher Smit (Anita), Lon Smit and Laurel Marsh (Tim); and his father Christopher Smit.
