He was predeceased by: his granddaughters, Emma and Olivia. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Butcher; his children, Erin Blakely (Kurt), Andrew Hubert (Kara) and Elise Bos (Don); and his grandchildren, Hannah (Jonathan), Paige, Bradley, Brady and Madison.
