He is survived by: his father Benjamin Madden; his wife Teresa Banas; his sons, John Madden and Bill Madden; his stepchildren, Amy Hale (Roger), Jamie Berens (Nate) and Jeremy Banas; his siblings, Shirley Giesbrecht (Giz) and Marilyn Fugate (Charlie); his sister-in-law Kathy Madden; and his mother-in-law Janet Ritchie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
