George G. Near Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George G. Near (Shelbyville, Michigan), who passed away on June 21, 2022 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Near (Sprague). He is survived by: his siblings, Carlisle "Curley" Near (Barb) and Christine Near; his stepchildren, Becky Baker (Don) and Billy Webber; and his grandchildren, Dominik, Haven and Donavan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In honor of George, and in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bradley Indian Mission Church.
