He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Adam Sprague and Elizabeth Sprague; his sister Frances Montour; his children, Leah Wiser (Curt), Albert Sprague, Scott Sprague (Mary), Marilyn Schmidt (Larry), Marion Williams and Alice Jo Ricketts (Kevin); his grandchildren, Eric Sprague, Amanda Sprague Mansfield, Taylor Schmidt-Taylor, Cynthia Phifer and Daniel Johnstone; and his great grandchildren, Sydney Sprague, Jayla Johnstone, Jayden Meighen, Willow Taylor and Cole Taylor. He was also cherished by many extended family and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Bradley Indian Mission Church or the American Cancer Society.
