Danny Ray Richards Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Danny Ray Richards of Shelbyville, Michigan, who passed away on December 13, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Richards; his children, Dannette Richards (Eric Geiman), Karen Proxmire (Jeff), Dennis Richards (Jacqueline) and Megan DeWeese (David); his grandchildren, Michael Proxmire, Brian Proxmire, Emily Proxmire, Abbigail Leftwich, Brianna Leftwich, Oliver Richards, Charlotte Geiman, Johanna Geiman, Elise Richards and Olivia Richards; his great grandchild Dean Proxmire; his brother Steven Richards (Barbara); his cousin Tom Richards; and his close friends, Robert Kennedy and Gary Williams. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
In memory of Dan and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Therese Catholic School of Wayland, Michigan.
