He is survived by: his former wife Theresa Wooten; and his siblings, Buddy Wooten (Judy), Bobbie Jean Moss (Wilburn), Clova Charles (Claud), Lula Mathis (Dave), Shirley Risner, Estille Wooten (Nancy) and Bessie Wooten.
