He was predeceased by: his father David. He is survived by: his mother Joanne (Case); his wife Dawn; his siblings, Justine (late Paul) and Wayne (Myann); his nieces and nephews, Wayne, Paris, Porsha, Kyle, Ryan, Alexandria and Jeremy; his mother-in-law Christine Hartzell; his sister-in-law Kim Chiamp (Mark); his nephew Nathan; his mother-in-law Syfy; and his brothers-in-law, Rod, Randall, Russell and Ronnie. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, and many close friends.
