He is survived by: his daughter Lynn Allen (Dave); his stepchildren, Sarah and Corey England; his grandchildren, Courtney Grey, Jorden Grey, Mary, Ashlyn Harris, MaKenzie and Ryan Allen; his stepgrandchildren, Austin and Camden; his close friend Joyce; and his sisters, Kristy, Nancy and Barb. He is also survived by many cousins and close friends.
