He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Johnson and Edna Johnson (Kinder); his son Jarrod Johnson; and his sister Judy White. He is survived by: his wife Fran of Shelby; his children, Dicky Johnson (Michele) of Shelby, Cathi Abbatoy (Jeff Maginity) of Grant and Heather Hallack (Jeremy) of Hart; his stepchildren, Shanna McDonald (Ross) of Chicago, IL and Shane Purcell (Karie) of Colton, CA; and his grandchildren, Brandon Baron (Meika), Brittney Johnson (Steven Wilson), Jarrod Abbatoy, Jakob Abbatoy (Kendra Westerhouse), Lillian, Grace, Clinton, Isabella Hallack, Kate, Jack McDonald, Tyler Purcell (Jessica) and Ryn Purcell. He is also survived by six great grandchildren, as well as nieces, nephews, and cousins.
