He is survived by: his wife Debbie Coss; his children, Michelle Riggs (Josh Easton), Thomas Norman and Morgan Woodbury (Jeordi); his grandchildren, Adrianna, Jacob, Malachi, Ellen, Blayne, Serenity and Emmeline; and his siblings, Cindy Riggs, Colleen Norman and Tim Norman. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
