He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Simon and Jeane Simon (Matiash); and his sister Terry A. Simon. He is survived by: his son Timothy Simon (Andrea); his grandsons, Nicholas Simon and Chase Simon; and his brother Frank J. Simon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shelby High School, 641 North State Street, Shelby, MI 49455.
