He was predeceased by: his father Manuel Scripter; and his nephew Mitchell Scripter. He is survived by: his mother Helen Scripter (Battice); his pet Colby Cheese; and his siblings, Majel Parker (Steve), Muriel Illes (Ted), Marjorie Scripter (Cindy), Harry Scripter and Harlan Scripter (Jack). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
