He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Smith and Carma Smith (Read); his brothers, Peter and Paul Smith; and his grandson Devon Matthew Smith.
He is survived by: his sisters, Lonna Hoogewind (Gary) and Jill Corday (Dave); his children, Matthew Christopher Smith and Amber Adams; his grandchildren, Marissa Smith, Bryn Adams and Addison Adams; and his great grandchild Remington Matthew Uribe. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nephews.
