He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore and Margaret; and his sibling Gayle Chick. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou (Lou); his children, Deborah Hamilton (David Putvin) and Michael Beaulieu (Linda); his grandchildren, Chuck Hamilton (Ashley), Beth Seefried (Jerry), Jayme Creamer (Dan), Brandon Fazio and Holly Putvin; his great grandchild Barrett Seefried; his brother Donald Beaulieu (Kay); and his siblings-in-law, Eleanor Michonski (Ron) and Bob Friedel (Karen). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, neighbors.

In lieu of flowers donations would be appreciated to the Capuchins and the American Lung Association.
