He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Stroh and Annette Stroh (Walters); his wife Sharon DeLlowe; his brother Louis Stroh; his siblings-in-law, Joan Quitmeyer, Betty Westphal, Stuart DeLlowe and Charles DeLlowe (Skip); his nephew Robert Ruscoe; and his niece Doris Allen.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bob Stroh (Kathy) and Elaine Bjornson; his siblings-in-law, Goldie Ruscoe and Larry DeLlowe (Marilee); and his nieces and nephews, Deborah Moeller, Elizabeth Findlay, Jessica Bowman, Annette Kinney, Jenny Stroh, Robin Helfant, Sue Smith, Karen Smith, Kevin Stroh, Allen Bjornson, Kimberly Ruscoe, Kerry Ruscoe, Dean Ruscoe, Nancy Peterson, Rick Quitmeyer, Clayton DeLlowe, Craig DeLlowe, David DeLlowe, Delores Dixson, Joy Satterlie and Stu Stuart.
