We bid farewell to Lisa Sylaj (Shelby Township, Michigan), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 15, 2025 at the age of 31. Lisa touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Lisa may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Lisa touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Marjan and Kristina; her son Martin Cooke; and her siblings, Lacie, Jozef and Gjergj (Kate). She was also cherished by her son, siblings, and partner, Lisa leaves behind a loving extended family, friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wasik Funeral Home (49150 Schoenherr Rd, Shelby Twp, MI 48315). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
