She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Iannitelli and Veronica Neumann (John); her husband James; her child Jackie Grzywacz (George); and her sister Lois Wawrzyniak (late Jim).

She is survived by: her children, John Czarnik (Theresa), Jill Reed and Jeff Czarnik (Lisa); her grandchildren, James, Shane, Haley, Ashley, Brandon, Jimmy, Jake, George, Joe and Luke; her great grandchildren, Noa, Delaney, Hadley, Cal and Magnus; and her sister Phyllis Kozub (late Andrew).

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the American Lung Association, in memory of Jo Czarnik.
