In loving memory of Josephine Marie Czarnik of Shelby Township, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who departed this world on June 22, 2024 at the age of 80. She was predeceased by : her parents, Felix Iannitelli and Veronica Neumann (John); her husband James; her child Jackie Grzywacz (George); and her sister Lois Wawrzyniak (late Jim).

She is survived by : her children, John Czarnik (Theresa), Jill Reed and Jeff Czarnik (Lisa); her grandchildren, James, Shane, Haley, Ashley, Brandon, Jimmy, Jake, George, Joe and Luke; her great grandchildren, Noa, Delaney, Hadley, Cal and Magnus; and her sister Phyllis Kozub (late Andrew).

The lying in state was held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the St. Michael Catholic Church (40501 Hayes Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48313). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the American Lung Association, in memory of Jo Czarnik.
