With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gordon Raymond Taylor (Shelby Township, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 18, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Taylor and Frances Taylor; his wife Frances Taylor; and his sisters, Betty Jones and Maggie Winn.
He is survived by: his children, Gordie Taylor (Yvonne), Kathy Williams (Scott) and Mark Taylor (Jenny); his grandchildren, Kristen Beckman (Dustin), Laura Kass (Dan), Gordie Taylor (Lyndz) and James Taylor; his great grandchildren, Carson, Reagan Beckman, Lilly and James Kass; and his sister Bobbi Stanton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the A. H. Peters Funeral Home (32000 Schoenherr Rd, Warren, MI 48088). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the King of Kings Lutheran Church (47500 Schoenherr Rd, Shelby Township, MI 48315).
