George Spiro Cardaris Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of George Spiro Cardaris (Shelby Township, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 25, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid George Spiro farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For George Spiro is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Vasiliki; his children, Spiro Cardaris (Karen), John Cardaris (Susan), Denise Zarmakoupis (George) and Tasis Cardaris (Michele); and his brother John Cardaris.
The lying in state will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. John Greek Orthodox Church (11445 Metro Pkwy, Sterling Heights, MI 48312). A Mass will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Interment Evergreen Cemetery. in lieu of flowers donation are preferred to the family.
