He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Bill Carr Jr., Chris Carr, Tanner Carr, Melissa Tomlinson, Michelle Wright, Jodi Austin, Bridgette Proctor and Jessica McKee; and his sisters, Donna Fahl, Verna Linderman, Sharon Mitchelle and June Carr. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
