He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Theisen (Hall); and his sister Susie. He is survived by: his father Howard Theisen; his wife Heidi; his children, Eric, Brandon, Courtney and Kyle; his siblings, Debbie and Randy; his siblings-in-law, Holly, April, Mark, Bradley, Jacob and Todd; his parents-in-law, Linda AcMoody and Russell Wilson; and his pet Napoleon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
