She was predeceased by: her father Richard Parsell; her husband Mark W. Bills; her daughter Melissa; and her in-laws, Keith and Wanda Bills.
She is survived by: her mother Donna Parsell (Kemp); her sons, Matthew Bills (Sarah) of Sebewaing, Jared Bills (Ashley) of Sebewaing and Joshua Bills (Vera) of Sebewaing; her grandchildren, Brooklyn, Owen, Carter, Blaine and Isabella; and her caregivers, Rebecca and Missy.
Memorial donations may be given to Christ the King Lutheran School (for the lunch program).
