He was predeceased by: his father Keith Bills; and his daughter Melissa Bills. He is survived by: his mother Wanda Bills (Bloomfield); his wife Renee Parsell; his sons, Matthew Bills (Sarah Rievert) of Sebewaing, Jared (Ashley Bills) of Sebewaing and Joshua Bills (Vera) of Sebewaing; his siblings, Pat Gere (Henry) of Atlanta, MI, LeAnn Papp (Mike) of Caro, Gary Bills of Owendale and Stacey Williams (Bob) of Edenville, MI; his mother-in-law Donna Parsell; his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Owen and Carter Bills; and his friend Craig Yanke. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
