He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Boesch and Agnes Boesch (Sting); his siblings, Brice Boesch (Pat), LaVonne Eberlein (James), Emily Boesch and Doralee; and his brother-in-law Paul Benson.

He is survived by: his wife Lillian Thompson; his children, Tresa Boesch-Baker of Sebewaing, Christina Parmenter of Unionville, LeRoy Boesch (Tracy) of Sebewaing, Kimberly Urban (Joe) of Sebewaing, Leanda Hall (Chris) of Saginaw, Tracey Carson (Dan) of Sebewaing, Jessica Hartman (Dennis) of Tawas and Matthew Lesoski (Katie) of Bay City; his grandchildren, Mira, Liam, Nathaniel, Noah (Camille), Nicholas, Nehemiah, Gabriella, Jacob, Cody, Leah, Maddison, Rebekah, Sarah, Brittini, Austin, Grace, James, Abigail, Jonah, Benjamin, Aiden, Olivia and Andrea; and his sister Andrea Benson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
