The memory of Garrett E. Jackson of Sebewaing, Michigan, who passed away on February 17, 2025 at the age of 88, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Jackson and Margaret Jackson; his sons, David (Carol) and Jason; and his siblings, Thelma, Garhold, Louise, Willard, Millie, Dale and Grant.
He is survived by: his wife Myrtle Joyce Gaeth; his children, Evelyn Eckert (Karl) of Novi, Michael of Canton and Timothy of Warren; and his siblings, Gail and Raymond. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Salem Lutheran Church (222 E Grove St, Sebewaing, MI 48759).
Memorial donations may be given to New Salem Lutheran Church or the Pregnancy Care Center, 916 Gratiot Ave, Saginaw, MI 48602.
