He was predeceased by: his father Donald Frank; and his son James Frank. He is survived by: his mother Delores Frank (Beaupied); his girlfriend Irene Boyle; his sons, Timothy Frank (Beth), Michael Livingston (Ashley), Thomas Livingston and Steven Livingston (Amy); and his sister Anne Frank. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
