Allen J. Sakon Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 5, 2023, at the age of 63, Allen J. Sakon of Sebewaing, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Sakon and Rose "Cookie" Sakon (Mihacsi); his father-in-law Roger Gainforth; and his brother-in-law Tim Bursick. He is survived by: his wife Lorrie Gainforth; his children, Jeffrey and Jodi Sakon; his granddaughters, Jenna and Jillian; his children, David and Sara Sakon; his grandsons, Blake and Evan; his children, Lindsey and Andrew Irion; his grandchildren, Lydia, Madelynn, Hannah and Ruby; his siblings, Diane Finkbeiner (Roger), Karen Thompson, II (John) and Don Sakon (Shelly); his siblings-in-law, Scott Gainforth (Gloria), Rod Gainforth, Lee Gainforth (Jennifer), Rocky Gainforth and Roxane Schlund (John); and his mother-in-law Marie Kindler. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins nieces, nephews and good friends.

Memorial donations may be given to the family (discretionary fund, c/o Lorrie Sakon) or the VFW-Sebewaing Sportman's Club.
