He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Rice and Kathrine Rice (Leyder); his former spouse Ralonde M. Riggs; and his brothers, Gerald and Harold Rice.
He is survived by: his daughter Cindy "Sue"; his wife Jennie I. Patrias of Clare; and his children, Sue Morgan (Brad), Scott Rice (Sue Ellen), Jodi Graber (Jim), Patrice Patrias (Matthew), Andrew Patrias (Antoinette), Martin Patrias (Sheila), Lisa Nordland (Brian), Cynthia Patrias-Blanco (Augustine) and Jennifer Benedict (Chris). He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and numerous extended family and close friends.
Memorial contributions in Junior's name can be made to Brooks Corners or the Barryton American Legion for building repairs.
