He was predeceased by: his grandfather Elwood Burdick; and his parents, Dave Burdick and Lenore Burdick. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his daughters, Nellie Evan (Bryan), Annie Yeoman (Michael) and Emily Burdick (Lane Wagner); his brother Howard Burdick (Lois); and his pet Spooky. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.
