He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Grubb and Ellen Grubb; his wife Joyce; his son David; and his children-in-law, Dennis Sturk and Kathy Grubb.

He is survived by: his children, Dale (Barb), Dora Sturk, Debra (John Wickham) and Denis Grubb; and his daughter-in-law Tina Grubb. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
