He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Darrell Lepard Jr., Tammie Jo Conklin, Daniel Lepard (Stephanie), Gerald Lepard (Catherine Kelly), Anna Lepard and Vivian Andrews (Joshua); and his sister-in-law Barbara Lepard. He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews, extended family.
