She was predeceased by: her parents, David Hawkins and Mary Hawkins (Hill); her son Eugene Beck; her grandson Anthony Eugene Kuzma; and her son-in-law Walter Kuzma.
She is survived by: her husband Galen Beck; her daughter Tina L. Kuzma; her grandchildren, Robert Kuzma, Theresa Kuzma and Joseph Kuzma; her great grandchildren, Ava, Isabella, Saphira, Anthony and Alex; her brother Jim Hawkins (Vonnie); her sister-in-law Libby Hawkins; and her adoptive daughter Cindy Churchill. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
