He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Harlan Campbell and Katherine Campbell; and his brother Bruce Campbell. He is survived by: his children, Sheryl (Brian Lundquist) and Robert "Bruce" Campbell (Jordan) of Denver, CO; his grandchildren, Tyler Danielle Lundquist, Trent Lundquist (Liza), Theo Campbell and Andre Campbell; his great grandchildren, Logan Lauran and Beckett Walker Lundquist; and his brothers, John Campbell (Patty) of Mason and Andrew Campbell of Montour Falls, NY.
