She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Conrad and Mildred Conrad (Cameron); her former husband Russell F. Gallie; her husband Floyd Wood; her son Larry Gallie; her grandchildren, Carrie Ann Gallie and Daniel Gallie; her brother Robert Conrad (Ann); and her siblings-in-law, Donald Schulz, Donald Gallie (Irene), Andrew DiPiazza and Doreen VanAelst (Jerome).
She is survived by: her children, Sandie Gallie Wisman (Bandock) of Spangle, WA and James Gallie (Loretta) of Scottville; her daughter-in-law Karen Gallie of Muskegon; her grandchildren, Joseph Bandock (Staci) of Washington, Jerry Bandock of Washington, Jill Bandock of Washington, Jaclyn Bandock of Washington, Lisa Allard (Corey) of Muskegon, James Gallie (Andrea) and Tracey Barnett (Jeffrey) of Scottville; her great grandchildren, Nicholas Bandock (Kendra), Nicole Bandock, Blair Bartley of Washington, Hayden, Cameron Allard of Muskegon, Chase Barnett of Austin, TX, Riley Barnett of Grand Rapids and Sadie Barnett of Scottville; her great great grandchildren, Hunter Bandock of Washington and Landen Bower of Washington; her sister Mary Lou Schulz (Conrad) of Grand Rapids; and her sister-in-law Delores DiPiazza (Lolly Gallie) of Covington, LA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Betty lived during many historic events in her lifetime, beginning with the first pandemic and most recently, the second pandemic.
Those who wish to remember Betty with a memorial donation are asked to consider either Oakview Medical Care Facility in Ludington, or the Alzheimer's Association.
