With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elbert V. Duncan of Scotts, Michigan, born in Gary, Indiana, who passed away on March 22, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lee Duncan; his daughter Sunny Austin (Tim); his granddaughter Sierra Elizabeth; and his friends, Woody, Ruth, Bob and Kay.
